(Crankers) Joe Scarborough was on the ‘Morning Joe’ with co-host Mika Brzezinski and he was OFF the wall. Joe was slamming critics who had something to say about he and wife meeting with president-elect Donald Trump.
Joe said: “You can do two things at the same time: You can say he had fascist rhetoric and still go in and talk to him… You know why I do that? to get the read of the man… You know why I do that? To get the read of the leader, to get the read of where the country is going… So I can come back here and talk to you, and let you know what the hell is going on!”
Joe and Mika met with Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago last month and found themselves slammed by peers on both sides of politics. It likely caused the ‘Morning Joe‘ to lose some audience members.
