If you caught the end of the Colts vs Eagles game on Sunday, then you might have seen the Colts mascot dancing when Jalen Hurts ran the ball RIGHT UP THE MIDDLE to score the game-winning touchdown for the Eagles. The Colts mascot was thrusting his hips towards Jalen Hurts and the Eagles quarterback did the same to him.
But now we’re asking this question – did the Colts mascot dance on purpose? He shouldn’t have been dancing when the OTHER TEAM SCORES! So if you’re asking the same question as Johnny Page in the tweet below, then you’re like the rest of us.
What the fuck is the mascot doing 😭 pic.twitter.com/1FV2aUP3Iv

Either way, I’m glad the Eagles won because they got some good things going for them, but they need to retool this offense without Dallas Goedert to rely on at tight end. It also seems like teams have picked up on their offensive scheme, so now it’s time to make adjustments to all the adjustments other teams are making.
The Eagles will need to reveal something fresh and more confusing for defenses to figure out if they want to keep playing a a top tier level. Now it’s just the “watch Hurts and see what he does” scheme for defenses. The Eagles will have to hide their plays, mask what they’re doing, use more redirection, and catch the defense off guard this week coming up, because they’ve got the Packers in Philly on Sunday night prime time.
The Packers are horrible this year, but Aaron Rodgers is LIGHTS OUT during prime time games. The Eagles get home field advantage against a bad Packers team, but if Rodgers comes to play, then it’s game on.
Will the Eagles come out big and fix their offensive issues?
